Step 1. you select the land
Step 2. you contact us to get the forms needed and other instructions
Step 3. you send us all the forms, you receive instructions to make your money transfer to the escrow company
Step 4. The escrow company receives your payment and notify americalands. Americalands notarize the title. The money is transfered to americalands, the property is yours
Step 5. americalands send you by email and postal mail the notarized title.
You are now the owner of the land. The land is exclusively yours
